Weekend? What Weekend?

It's Monday morning. Yet it feels like it was Friday night only a few short hours ago. *sigh*

Came home Friday and just relaxed, did some laundry. Eric/ermago was still out helping his parents. He came home later than usual; he still had a few things to handle for his parents, and we watched TV for a bit. We then went out to drop his car off at the shop. We came home, he had a quick dinner, and we went to bed.

On Saturday morning, I got up first and headed to my Weight Watchers meeting. I really refocused this week, and I dropped 7.4 lbs. Go me. Then I came home, and Eric then took my car to go to his meeting. Around 11 AM, we picked up his car, then did a few things around the house. At 2:30 PM, we left to go to his parents' place to help pack some items up for their upcoming move to Frederick (YES, it's finally going to happen!). We worked for almost hree and a half hours. I left around 6:30 PM, went out for dinner, then came home. Eric joined me a while later. We watched some TV, and then he went to bed, completely exhausted and not feeling well. I stayed up to watch SNL.

On Sunday, we both got up early. Eric hadn't slept well and was completely exhausted. He went to his meeting and then down to see his mom who's recovering at an assisted living home. I went to breakfast, then came back home to take care of a few things around the house. Eric eventually got home by early afternoon. We were waiting on Richard, a family friend, to come over and fix a leaky pipe in the powder room. He will also be replacing the toilets in Eric's parents' new condo. So he went out to purchase all the materials he needed and returned a couple of hours later. He fixed the leaky pipe, but will tackle the toilets the following day.

Eric and I spent the evening relaxing: we continued our Dynasty marathon. Eaarlier in the evening, I'd started watching another gorefest film titled "High Tension." I got bored about 30 minutes into it.

We were in bed by 10 PM and we both crashed fairly hard.

And now it's Monday. Exciting weekend, huh?

oy, all of us gained weight then... well, except those without all 5 senses and food grabbers. i mean good eats were EVERYWHERE!!!!! i am still coming down from that culinary high of the holidays.

Hehe. I ate well overall, not much junk food, but I simply ate too much.
